A water cracker that is not only delicious but suitable for coeliacs. Carefully prepared with maize and soya bran.

Baked by toasting under flames for 1 minute.

The result is a cracker that is crisp, with a nutty taste that accompanies any cheese.

Try them with Wyfe of Bath  -  Lord of the Hundreds.

Made from maize flour, soya bran and tapioca, it is wheat free, gluten free and dairy free.

History of The Cracker.

In 1801 Josiah Bent of Massachusetts began baking and selling “water cracker’s” that would not deteriorate during long sea voyages. During baking, a cracking sound occurred and it is from this  that the American term “cracker” originated.
