Maison Louis Latour has always been careful to select those wines vinified in a traditional manner.
Fermentation takes place in traditional in open vats. Ageing takes 10 to 12 months in stainless steel vats.

The soil in the vineyards of Bourgogne is of clay and limestone, producing wines that combine finesse, aromatic richness and structure.
The average age of the vines are 25 years with an average yield of 50 hl/ha.

This Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2012 reveals an intense red color, with flecks of rubis colour. The nose offers a pleasant bouquet of flavour, red fruit notes release, enriched by fine blackcurrant and blueberry aromas. Ample and powerful on tasting, this wine expresses an interesting aromatic complexity, coated in soft tannins. Blueberry and coffee aromas still linger and offer an elegant and enjoyable finish.
