Left on the vine until thoroughly frozen, these grapes are pressed before they are allowed to thaw, releasing their honey like juice. Residual sugar is 40 Brix.

No insecticides are used in the vineyards and only a 100% island grown natural fertilizer, sorghum soudan grass, is applied.
